How we can help
Custom Orthotics Shoe inserts made for your feet to support your arches, improve how you walk, and ease pain.
Orthotics are inserts designed around the shape of your feet and the way you walk. They can help support the arch, spread pressure more evenly, and ease strain on the heels, arches, and ankles.
At your visit, we examine your feet and watch how you stand and move, then recommend whether orthotics make sense for you. If they do, we take the measurements needed to have them made, and we follow up to check the fit and comfort.
Orthotics are often considered for heel pain, arch pain, flat feet, and pain that returns with everyday activity.
Diabetic Foot Care Regular, preventive care that helps protect your feet when you have diabetes.
Diabetes can reduce feeling and circulation in the feet, so small problems can go unnoticed and turn serious. Diabetic foot care focuses on prevention.
We check your skin, nails, feeling, and circulation, safely care for calluses and nail problems, and teach you what to watch for between visits. If a sore or wound appears, we begin care right away.
Regular visits help catch changes early, so small concerns stay small.
Heel Pain Treatment A plan to ease heel pain, from simple steps at home to options in the office.
Heel pain has several possible causes, including plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. We start by listening to when and where it hurts, then examine your feet and how you walk.
Your plan may include stretching, supportive footwear, orthotics, or laser care with REMY. If we need a closer look at the bones, we can take an X-ray in the office.
We explain each option so you can choose what fits your life.
In-House X-Ray Imaging done in the office, so you do not need a separate trip.
An X-ray lets us see the bones and joints in your foot and ankle. It can help us look into the cause of pain, check for a possible fracture or signs of arthritis, and plan your care.
Taking images in the office can save you a separate trip to another location. We review the results with you and explain what they mean in plain language.
Ingrown Toenail Removal Prompt, gentle care for painful ingrown nails.
An ingrown toenail happens when the edge of a nail grows into the skin, causing pain, redness, and swelling, and sometimes infection.
Treatment often includes numbing the toe, removing the part of the nail that is digging in, and caring for the skin around it. We also show you how to care for the toe afterward and how to trim your nails to help prevent another one.
If a nail keeps coming back, we can talk about longer-term options.
REMY Laser Treatment (Toenail Fungus) A gentle, in-office laser option for toenail fungus.
Toenail fungus can leave nails thick, yellow, brittle, or crumbly, and it can take patience to clear. REMY is a laser we use in the office as one option for treating it.
It is also an option we may discuss for plantar warts, heel pain, and neuropathy. Our staff will examine your nails and explain whether laser care makes sense for you.
DPMX Injections A regenerative option to support healing and calm inflammation.
DPMX injections are a regenerative option meant to support healing, reduce inflammation, and improve recovery from tendon and ligament injuries.
Our staff will review your history, examine the area, and explain whether this option fits your situation, what a visit involves, and what recovery looks like.
Conditions
Conditions we treat
Not sure what is causing your pain? Call the office and we will help you find out. If you need care that Delta does not provide, we will refer you to another provider.
Achilles Tendonitis Pain and stiffness along the tendon at the back of the ankle, often from overuse.
The Achilles tendon connects your calf muscle to your heel bone. When it is overworked or injured, it can become sore, stiff, and swollen, which makes walking, running, and climbing stairs uncomfortable.
We examine the area, talk about your activity, and build a plan that may include rest, stretching, supportive footwear, and orthotics.
Ankle Pain Soreness or stiffness in the ankle from injury, arthritis, or other causes.
Ankle pain can come from an old injury, a sprain, arthritis, or the way your foot carries your weight.
We look for the cause with an exam, and with an X-ray when needed, then recommend steps to ease the pain and help you move with more confidence.
Ankle Sprains Stretched or torn ligaments from a rolled or twisted ankle.
A sprain often brings swelling, bruising, and a feeling that the ankle is unstable. Early care matters.
We check how serious the injury is, which may include an X-ray, and guide you through protecting the ankle while it heals. Then we help you regain strength and balance to lower the chance of another sprain.
Arthritic Foot Care Care for joint pain, stiffness, and swelling in the feet caused by arthritis.
Arthritis can affect the many small joints in the feet, making walking and standing uncomfortable.
We focus on easing pain and keeping you moving, which may include supportive footwear, orthotics, and guidance on activity.
Athlete’s Foot A fungal skin infection that causes itching, burning, and peeling.
Athlete’s foot often shows up between the toes or on the soles, and it can spread to the nails or to other people.
We confirm what is causing the irritation, recommend treatment, and share simple habits, such as keeping feet dry and changing socks often, to help keep it from returning.
Bunions A bony bump at the base of the big toe that can cause pain, redness, and trouble with shoes.
A bunion forms when the big toe leans toward the others and the joint at its base becomes enlarged. It can be sore, red, and swollen, and it can make it hard to find shoes that fit comfortably.
We examine the foot, may take an X-ray, and talk through ways to ease the pressure and pain, such as footwear changes, padding, and orthotics.
Corns Thick, hardened skin that builds up from friction or pressure.
Corns often form on the toes or the ball of the foot and can be painful in shoes.
We can safely reduce the thickened skin and look for the source of the pressure, such as footwear or the way you walk, so it is less likely to come back. Please do not cut or shave corns yourself.
Diabetic Foot Care Preventive care to protect your feet when you have diabetes.
Diabetes can reduce feeling and circulation in the feet, so small problems can go unnoticed. Regular foot care helps prevent sores, infections, and other complications.
We check your skin, nails, feeling, and circulation, and teach you how to look after your feet between visits.
Flat Feet Low or no arches that can lead to pain and tired feet.
Flat feet can strain the arches, heels, and ankles, and sometimes the knees and hips.
We assess how your feet support you when you stand and walk, and recommend options such as supportive footwear and custom orthotics.
Foot Pain General soreness anywhere in the foot.
Foot pain can have many causes, and where it hurts helps point to why.
We ask about your symptoms, examine your feet, and use an X-ray when needed to find the cause and recommend a plan.
Geriatric Foot Care Gentle, regular foot care for older adults.
Over time, feet change. Skin gets thinner, nails thicken, joints stiffen, and balance can be harder to keep.
Regular visits help with nail and skin care, comfort, and staying steady on your feet, so you can stay active.
Hammertoes A toe that bends downward at the middle joint, causing pain and rubbing in shoes.
A hammertoe is a toe bent at the middle joint. It can cause corns, calluses, and soreness where the toe rubs against your shoe.
We examine the toe, may take an X-ray, and recommend ways to relieve pressure, such as roomier footwear, padding, and orthotics.
Heel Pain Pain under or behind the heel, often worse with the first steps of the day.
Heel pain is commonly linked to plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or irritation of the tissue around the heel.
Your plan may include stretching, supportive footwear, orthotics, or laser care with REMY.
Heel Spurs Small bony growths on the heel bone that can cause sharp pain.
A heel spur often goes along with plantar fasciitis. An X-ray can show whether a spur is present, though the pain usually comes from the tissue around it.
Care focuses on easing that pain through stretching, supportive footwear, and orthotics.
Ingrown Toenails Nails that grow into the skin, causing pain, redness, and swelling.
An ingrown toenail can become infected if it is left alone. Treating it early is more comfortable and helps prevent problems.
We care for the nail gently and show you how to trim your nails to help keep it from coming back.
Neuroma (Morton’s) Irritated nerve tissue between the toes, often felt in the ball of the foot.
Morton’s neuroma can feel like burning, tingling, numbness, or a pebble in your shoe.
Care can include injections, orthotics, and laser care, along with footwear changes to take pressure off the area.
Peripheral Neuropathy Burning, tingling, or numbness in the feet from nerve damage.
Neuropathy is common in people with diabetes, but it can have other causes. Reduced feeling makes injuries easier to miss.
We check your feet carefully and help you protect them day to day. Laser care with REMY is one option we may discuss.
Plantar Fasciitis Inflammation of the tissue along the bottom of the foot, with sharp heel pain.
The pain is often worst with the first steps in the morning or after sitting for a while.
Care may include stretching, supportive footwear, orthotics, and laser care with REMY.
Plantar Warts Rough, sometimes painful growths on the bottom of the foot caused by a virus.
Warts on the sole can hurt when you walk, and they tend to be stubborn.
We treat them in the office and can discuss options, including laser care with REMY.
Toenail Fungus Discolored, thickened, or crumbling toenails caused by a fungal infection.
Fungus can leave nails thick, yellow, brittle, or crumbly. It takes patience and consistency to clear.
We review your options with you, including laser care with REMY.
Wound Care Care for wounds on the entire body, not just the feet, that are slow to heal.
A wound that lingers is a sign something needs attention. We care for wounds on the entire body, not just the feet, and we look closely at what is slowing healing, such as circulation, pressure, or infection.
Visits include cleaning and dressing the wound, relieving pressure on the area, and teaching you how to care for it between visits.
